6. Increase in Blood Pressure

Your kidneys and circulatory system need each other to work. Your kidney consists of tiny nephrons that sieve out excess liquid and waste from the blood. The nephrons that sieve the blood won’t receive proper nutrients and oxygen when your blood vessel is destroyed. This is why one of the biggest causes of kidney disease is high blood pressure.
To avoid kidney problems, try to make sure your blood pressure is properly managed. Eat food that has enough folic acid, as this produces red blood cells in the body, and averts anemia.
